For quick loading and viewing on your display screen, you probably want the Web format (html) (150KB).

For printing, you may want the Acrobat format (PDF).
This takes longer to download since the photos are in high resolution form. So we
have broken the document into two pieces: the Manual only (5MB), and the Appendices (12MB).
